Remodeling since 1985. Designing and building home theaters since 2000. Theaters are designed and built through our other company, Custom Quality Theaters: http://customqualitytheaters.com/
What is your primary product or service?
Residential remodeling. Design and build of kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and home theaters.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Began remodeling on my own after working for a friend and realizing I was good at it. I especially enjoy the challenge of taking an existing space and making it look better and function better. The end result is that it helps to enrich the lives of people and their families.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First, I have a high level of communication skills. That includes listening carefully to what clients want as the end result of their project, and then making suggestions based on my years of experience as we form the details of their plan. I then work closely with them during the building process by keeping them informed. Second, I maintain very high standards of quality with myself and my subcontractors throughout the process so that the finished product consistently surpasses the client's expectations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have the main location in Boulder and a high-end home theater showroom in SW Longmont that is shown by appointment only.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, bank drafts (cashiers checks), and personal checks.
Which areas do you service?
Boulder, Boulder County, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, Lyons, Erie, Niwot, Denver, Evergreen, Conifer, Breckenridge, Vail, Avon, Edwards, and Aspen.
