How long have you been in business?
Since 1998, about 14 years
What is your primary product or service?
point of sale software and point of sale systems, primarily for restaurants, but crazy flexible so we have versions for retail, check cashing, liquor store, meat market, and can make custom vertical market POS systems at much lower cost than competitors.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Programming 35 years, then they sent most of the jobs to India, had to go independent.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
More flexible, lower cost. Support by people who know what they're doing (often the guy who wrote the program.) No unintelligible gobbledygook from overseas. We have support by native speakers in English and Spanish.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, looking for dealers in other areas.
